In 1920 construction began on a two-story mansion Republican with European influences from the early twentieth century,primarily by the Victorian and Art Nouveau styles.
In the archives of the territory enrolled reads the May 28, 1929 Chalet Masonry as belonging to Agustin Garcia Palacios.
At the opening the Minister of Tourism of Cuba, Manuel Marrero Cruz said that the facility is part of the need to promote tours with historical and heritage interests.
Since its opening on September 5, 2009, hosted 53 visitors are mainly from Mexico and Spain.
